Your Gateway to
World’s Fine Treasures
We are a Canadian female-owned small business committed to sharing stories and building connections between the North American market and local communities abroad. Our story starts with a dazzling yet daring vision of a transparent gemstones value chain, in which authentic stories of Artisanal and Small-scale Miners (ASM) are responsibly shared, kept pristine from the source to their destinations, like treasures.
At Gondwanna Sustainable Sourcing (GSS), we are dedicated to sourcing the most beautiful and sustainable mining products, including gemstones, minerals, metals but also unique cultural jewellery pieces from around the world. Come visit us to browse our great selection of sustainable crystals and jewelry and learn more about our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.

OUR STORY
This project is derived from a pitch competition in 2019, the Inspire! Marketing Coloured Gemstones organized by the Mineral and Energy for Development (MEfDA a partnership between the University of Queensland and the University of Western Australia). The Pitch Night was sponsored by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Australia Awards Africa, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Gemfields. This milestone encouraged us to believe in our dreams and ambitious vision, despite challenges that the African continent and the whole world have experienced since then.

As a Canadian brand committed to promote social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) best practices in the world, we also aim to become an advocacy platform for artisanal and small-scale miners (ASM) mainly females, and jewelry enthusiasts, jewellery artists, mining professionals, and rockhound communities from all walks of life .
More recently, our company joined the Canadian delegation for the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (YEA) 2024 summit in Goiania, Brazil on June 12-14, 2024. We hope this opportunity will open up future global collaborations and partnerships with various Brazilian and other international stakeholders.
